“The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) today released a new economic impact study showing that the hotel industry in the City of New Orleans generated nearly $9 billion in total economic impact in 2025, supported more than 51,000 jobs, and contributed $1.2 billion in total taxes. The study, conducted by Oxford Economics, underscores the outsized role the hotel industry plays in driving the city’s economy. ”
